Find yourself lacking energy during workouts?
Before you delve off down the wrong rabbit hole, check that you've got the fundamentals nailed down.
Correct calories.
Hydration.
Sleep.

How going into a calorie deficit for 3 weeks is changing my life from doom and gloom to actually getting stuff done again. It's keeping me motivated both on the fluff loss front and many other areas of my life.
What's going on in our little heads that causes this?

MYTH BUSTING - The thing that'll send me stratospheric, as if I'd just watched someone kick my puppy, is incorrect information about health and fitness being bandied about by absolute morons in the industry.
Now I wouldn't flip my lid quite as much when it's some unsuspecting soul passing on duff information that they've been a victim of, but when it's fitness professionals, it REALLY boils my p*ss. And when it's someone who professes to be a fitness professional just because they played sport at amateur level for two minutes, or won a bodybuilding competition here and there, yet doesn't even know what "anecdotal" evidence is, let alone has the ability to critically review a research paper, well...,
And the reason it triggers me so much is because I know just how much duff information like this can derail someone, because I was THAT person for a good 25 years of my life.
Yet all it took was someone to tell me what I needed to do, answer a few questions, dispel a ton of myths, keep me going when I was having a wobble, and present me irrefutable evidence that everything was working, for me to go "Holy shizzballs!!!! Why on earth did no one tell me this sooner!???"
And that's why I do what I do today; to pay it forward. To pass on the info, steady you when you have a wobble, and dispel myths like those this cowboy is posting in a group that I help moderate.
Because everyone has the right to reach their goals, but no one has the right to send them down the wrong track, especially when trying to get money out of them.

The key to reaching 80 and still be going strong is:
-staying active
-nutritious food
-keeping the mind challenged
-8 hours sleep a night
-keeping stress levels lows
It's my Dad's 80th today. We've done over 10,000 steps in Alicante city, walked around the Santa Bárbara castle, and finished the afternoon off with a 0% G&T.
Not many 80 year olds would be capable.
I'm hoping to be.
And hope you will be too.

My career history is wide and varied, including the Armed Forces, Data Analysis and Market Research, and Strategic and Operational Management. So why the change of career to Personal Trainer?
The answer's simple: nothing frustrates me more than people being unhappy with their bodies and consistently failing to achieve their goals. I've "been there and done that" so I know what you're going through.
Having spent a good 20 years of my life trying and failing at every diet out there, I discovered that it’s actually really EASY! But you need the knowledge and the right coach to lead you along the way.
Having achieved two body transformations in two years myself (with a baby in between!!!) I designed a package to help out others in similar situations. I bring with me first hand experience of fat loss and body transformations, exercising whilst pregnant and postnatally, as well as a plethora of ways to overcome the mental challenges that we all come across when on a mission to achieving the body we deserve.
So what makes training with me different to training with another PT? The difference with having me as your coach, is that you’ll be educated on how to achieve your goals by someone who's actually done it.
