Lili (Laetitia) Denholm has a keen interest and belief in chiropractic care for everyone.

She has a particular special interest in pregnant women, babies, children and women health. Hi, I’m Laetitia (Lili), a chiropractor and the founder of Vitality Chiropractic Chester. With a special interest in women’s health, pregnancy, and chiropractic care for babies and children, I am passionate about helping families achieve better health and wellbeing through gentle, effective care. I have undertaken further training in chiropractic for babies, pregnancy, and the Webster Technique, allowing me to support women throughout pregnancy and postpartum, as well as newborns and growing children. My approach is always patient-centred, ensuring that care is tailored to each individual’s needs. At Vitality Chiropractic Chester, my mission is to create a warm, welcoming space where patients of all ages feel supported on their journey to better health. Whether you’re looking for chiropractic care during pregnancy, support for your baby, or relief from everyday aches and pains, I’m here to help. When I’m not in the clinic, I love spending time with my husband, Jack, and our children, enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Chester. Lili also offers pre and post-natal assessment and treatment for mums. And whether she’s working with adults, children or babies, she always takes a holistic approach according to individual needs.

📢 Service Update – Internet Outage

Hi everyone,

As you may have seen on the news, there’s been a major issue with Amazon Web Services (AWS) — the cloud platform that supports millions of websites and systems around the world.

Because of this, our internet, phone lines, and clinic system are currently down, which means we might not be able to answer calls or messages straight away.

AWS have said they’re now seeing significant signs of recovery, so we’re hopeful everything will be back up and running very soon.

What is the Webster Technique?
The Webster Technique is a specific chiropractic method used to assess and address the pelvis and sacrum. It is often used during pregnancy with the aim of improving comfort and mobility through gentle and specific adjustments.
