The Wounds We Carry Often Start Long Ago…
Lately, I’ve had the honour of working with two incredible women in their 50s. Both carried something many of us quietly hold.... a father wound.
A wound of not feeling seen, loved, or validated by a parent.
A wound that whispers, “I’m not enough.”
That breeds fear… anger… resentment… and over the years, settles into guilt and self-doubt.
Through deep, gentle, soul-led work, exploring early childhood memories without retraumatising, they’ve begun to release decades of emotional weight. Quiet profound moments of letting go.
One of them said to me recently:
“I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.”
That moment of release, watching them reclaim their voice, their power, their softness, is the most beautiful part of what I do ❤️
It’s the moment they come home to themselves.
See themselves.
Validate themselves.
Finally feel lighter!
If you’re reading this and some part of you is whispering, “That’s me. I carry that wound,” know this: You don’t have to hold it forever. Healing is possible. Transformation is possible.
If you’ve carried a father wound or a parent wound that still shapes your life today, I’d love to help you release it and finally step into who you truly are.
