Elle is dedicated to helping you awaken, align and step into your souls true calling.

She offers:

Grounding and orienting into the space

Guided meditation to welcome in clarity, calmness & presence

Sound healing using the vibrations and frequencies of the instruments healing your body on a cellular level.

Available in a 1-1 or group setting tailored to you

We’re so excited to welcome Kat, our Nutrition and Health Coach to the clinic 🤎🍃 Nutrition plays a vital role in overall wellbeing and Kat brings an important missing piece to our wellness offering by helping clients support their health from the inside out.

Kat is a qualified Nutrition & Health Coach whose professional training is also complemented by first-hand experience. She is deeply passionate about nutrition and wellness and by empowering people through education and coaching. Offering support for a range of health challenges including Perimenopause, Fat loss, Diabetes and Metabolic Health, Improving energy levels, IBS/digestion, Longevity, Bone Health, Sports Nutrition + much more!

This International Women’s Day I’m reflecting on how far we’ve come 🤎🍃

Looking back at these moments from last year when we were just building our team… and seeing the strong, supportive group of women we have makes me so proud ✨

I truly believe that empowered women empower women. Each therapist, practitioner and business owner within our space brings their own passion, skill and energy and together we’ve created something really special.

My personal wellness journey… 2025 began with a very clear intention to feel fit, healthy, and grounded in both body and mind as I hoped to become pregnant again after miscarriage.

I started the year gently but intentionally nature walks, ice baths, nourishing food, yoga, and soulful coaching with the wonderful Mo. A season of slowing down, listening, and rebuilding trust in my body.

I was incredibly grateful to fall pregnant, and after a challenging first trimester, my second and third became about creating supportive habits more walking, reformer Pilates, prenatal yoga, swimming at the spa, plenty of treatments and prioritising rest.

Before finishing work, I gifted myself a retreat the perfect weekend to pause to reset, reflect, and prepare for motherhood.

These habits have carried me through this chapter, and they won’t stop here.
Next year, I’ll continue choosing what supports me as a mother and as a business owner because caring for myself is the foundation of everything else.

Natural Touch Wellness was created from a passion for wellness and feeling good. I love making others feel their best and am so grateful that I now host a space for so many wonderful practitioners to help improve your wellness too

Today was my last day treating clients for a little while and it feels very strange & emotional 🥺🤎✨

I just want to say the biggest thank you to all my wonderful clients for your continued love, loyalty, and support. You honestly make what I do so special, and I’m so grateful for every single one of you. 💕

I’m still very much around throughout November, working behind the scenes, so I’m sure I’ll still see some of you popping in!

In the meantime, I’m leaving you in the best hands, our amazing girls at Natural Touch Wellness will look after you all wonderfully while I take my maternity leave.

I love you all and can’t wait to see you & treat you again next year once I have a plan in place 🤎🍃
