My personal wellness journey… 2025 began with a very clear intention to feel fit, healthy, and grounded in both body and mind as I hoped to become pregnant again after miscarriage.
I started the year gently but intentionally nature walks, ice baths, nourishing food, yoga, and soulful coaching with the wonderful Mo. A season of slowing down, listening, and rebuilding trust in my body.
I was incredibly grateful to fall pregnant, and after a challenging first trimester, my second and third became about creating supportive habits more walking, reformer Pilates, prenatal yoga, swimming at the spa, plenty of treatments and prioritising rest.
Before finishing work, I gifted myself a retreat the perfect weekend to pause to reset, reflect, and prepare for motherhood.
These habits have carried me through this chapter, and they won’t stop here.
Next year, I’ll continue choosing what supports me as a mother and as a business owner because caring for myself is the foundation of everything else.
