✨ Seated & Standing Pilates at Wyldewoods, Chester! ✨

If you said yes — this class is designed for you 🙌
Sometimes when we can't kneel, we can be chair shaped more often than we should be. This leads to tight hip flexors at the front which can lead to back pain. We get to stretch those muscles without kneeling and no cramp in the back of your thigh!
We use weights and stretchy bands, to help increase and maintain bone density, strengthen muscles in arms and legs and generally mix things up- we don't do the same thing every week.
We work on balance to help prevent falls and increase confidence.
