Stroking the ego
With how we need to L👀K

I’ve had a couple of days looking back on how & the WHY of how I wanted to look over years.🧐

It was never about the why it was about what I thought I should look like and the reassurance and the applause of people telling me how fantastic I look which is aways lovely to hear 👂🏼 but I was still not happy.

Deep down I know this is not a natural feeling to have.

Years went on & the ego & myself became totally burnt out from everything that I thought would make me happy.

Moving forward to
this year I’ve not step in to a gym,
& this has been the last thing in my mind to even think about it.

There was a deep connection on hibernate
Over time I’ve had to learn &
& respect ✊ the time I needed to really get to know who I was & leading to understanding to let go of that thought of why do I need to look like this 🥸

From the day you are born ✨
To every valid lesson’s 📖

There a magical place where the penny drops.

There are a couple of things I’ve had done
Let go of the material egos
And understand to get your ego on stage with you 🫵 letting the ego understand to be patience and time is so precious.

And a BIG MUST the people you surround yourself with?🤟🏼
The daily spontaneous this is aways a new day of learning 🤩
