I am proud to announce that I am changing the name of my little business from Space Yoga to Space Energy Medicine! 🌌✨

Why the change? Well, after much reflection and growth, I have come to realise that the new name better represents the essence of what I create and the transformative experiences I aim to offer. Space Energy Medicine encompasses the powerful healing energies and practices that I share with you all.

By embracing this new name, I am embracing a deeper connection to the healing powers of the divine and the profound impact they have on communities. Through Space Energy Medicine, I will continue to bring you insightful Yoga classes with Nidra, Breathwork & Meditation Circles, Women’s Circles and energy healing techniques to support your physical, emotional, and spiritual journey. 7 years of countless obstacles & resilience overcome, and a journey that defied the norm. On Sunday, I proudly stood as a BSc Graduate, a testament to the power of perseverance and the courage to carve my own path. Success doesn’t always follow a straight line!
