✨️"Just wanted to post to say that if you haven't used these guys before they really are spot on. I do triathlons which requires lots of training and pushing your limits constantly, which in turn is tough on my body. The guys at CoActive have helped me massively over a 5 year period. From sorting my Achilles tendonitis/ tendinopathy, hamstring strains, glute strains, knee problems. They have set me up with strength workouts that have also helped me big time. They send you these via email which is handy incase you forgot.

I'd like to highlight Sophia who recently i have been to see lots over a period of a few months. Every time I have seen her she has manged to fix me up.

I'm not just saying to say it - these Physios are the best I have come across.

Sarah , Helen, Sophia are all amazing at what they do. They are a trustworthy bunch. Even the Australian one...;)"✨️

🤩Such a lovely Google review today from one of our clients ...and I want to especially praise Sophia (" the Australian one" 😉🤣) who although has worked with us for several years as a Pilates instructor, is relatively newer as a physio. I'd like to think we inspired her to follow her dream of being a physiotherapist.. ;)

💞It has been such a privilege to see her hard work and study pay off....she was already a brilliant physio before she'd even done the training, in that she has a passion for helping people and gives her all to every client.

I've not posted recently...

Because I've been busy.

With work. With life.

We are in the process of refurbishing and creating a brand new studio (exciting!).

The clinic is extremely busy with our therapists helping new and existing clients ..

I'm in the midst of another Masters degree...this one is in Healthcare Leadership (I'm loving it!) and I had a huge assignment due in on Monday....which after spending all weekend finishing was submitted!

Today I collected my son from afterschool...feeling the effects of a long and stressful week...

As I walked up I saw him standing outside...just looking up at the sky ....mesmerised.

He saw me , turned and said.."Mummy....I have never seen such beautiful clouds!"

And I stood there with him..looking up at the clouds..

And he was right. They were beautiful!

Sometimes you just need to stop. Get off the treadmill....and appreciate the simplest of things in life.
