🖐We are still here! It's an extremely busy time in clinics and with various team members in and out of holidays there is very little time for social media posting...

🤩I'm back from my own holiday (nostalgic photo uploaded!) and am now on top of email and telephone backlogs 😎

It was so lovely to come back to a new 5 star review from a grateful client for our physio Kristin..

This is a hard one ☹️

🫶Yesterday we said goodbye to Abi. I have worked with Abi for over 10 years and she has been an integral part of CoActive Physio for the last 8 years. Everyone who knows her- whether as a client or a colleague - knows what a fantastic physiotherapist Abi is. We have been so blessed to have had her as part of our team for so long.

💪Whilst I am sad to see her go, I am also incredibly proud and excited for her next role as head physio for Sale Sharks Women's Rugby Team. To be able to follow her passion for working in high level women's sport is amazing.

Abi - go smash this!

But remember.. the door is always open...... 😉

🤓Aimee is a specialist paediatric physiotherapist. She can assess and treat from birth to 16 years for paediatric presentations such as :

✔️Birth conditions
✔️Delayed physical skills,
✔️Joint and sporting pain
✔️Long term conditions
✔️Walking , balance and co ordination difficulties
✔️Post op and trauma complaints
✔️Neurological conditions

🔹️With over 15 years of clinical experience and a 2:1 BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy from Salford University, Aimée brings a wealth of expertise in both paediatric and adult physiotherapy.

🔹️In addition to her role as a private paediatric physiotherapist, Aimée also serves as the Paediatric Major Trauma Rehabilitation Coordinator at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital in Liverpool.

🔹️Aimée is conscientious, passionate about her work, and deeply committed to improving the lives of the children in her care. She consistently demonstrates a strong dedication to delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

🔹️Since qualifying, Aimée has furthered her knowledge by completing MSc-level modules and numerous professional development courses, particularly in neurological assessment and handling.

🤩Our Postnatal Pilates classes are proving a huge success, thanks to our wonderful physio instructor Sophia.

"Sophia’s teaching style is fantastic, she will talk you through the moves and explain it all in a really easy to understand way and will come and assess how you are doing, making any corrections so you know you are doing it right.

She makes the classes really fun and is approachable and friendly while feeling like you are really working.

She is also amazing with all the babies who watch on in wonder while the mummies work on the mat.

I can already feel improvement week on week and my twins are thoroughly entertained watching on.
