Yoga Asana - if it was easy everyone would do it 😝
I do it for the after effect - I do it for peace, to be flexible in life's stresses, to reduce tension, depression, anxiety, to feel empowered, secure and grounded. I do it to feel more like me and less like stress.
Fancy it? I've got a brand new course starting where everyone will be new together, and you will all learn and grow, supporting each other, strengthening connections and developing at a sensible pace.
For those who don't know me, I'm Lyndsey, I've been practicing yoga since my teens and I've been teaching it for the last 15 years - I absolutely love it and I love sharing it to help people feel better and live a life they can learn to love.
I've been depressed, I suffer anxiety, I suffer the same stresses everyone else does but yoga helps me recover, repair and react well.
It's probably not what you think it is.
