Accidents happen. Glasses get damaged. Sometimes it’s unavoidable.

When eyewear is purchased with us, our role doesn’t end at collection. We’ll always do what we can to repair, restore or, where needed, source a replacement as smoothly as possible. From assessing what can be fixed to helping you find the same or similar frames again to purchase, our aim is to make the process feel supported and straightforward.

It’s all part of the care we believe should come with choosing an independent optician — being there when things don’t go to plan, as well as when they do.
