Counsellor & shamanic practitioner Hi my name Carrie, for the past 20 years I have been on a journey of personal healing and spiritual discovery.

I am Shamanic practitioner, BACP Integrative Counsellor an ACHO Crystal Healer. I use various modalities and have developed my practice and healings to encompass a blend of approaches based on the client's needs. In 2020 I enrolled on The Call Of The Shaman Training in Glastonbury with Jay and Kestrel Oakwood of The Bridget Healing Centre. I studied and trained with them in shamanism and I'm developing my practice to include their work. I got their blessing to use their teachings in June 2022. I offer spiritual counselling as I use my intuition and higher perception to guide you to find your own innate wisdom. A blended approach of talking and healing can help you unlock old thought patterns, stuck emotions and out dated behaviours. I work with adults and young people of all cultures, religions and backgrounds. There is no judgement and it is a safe confidential space. Mental Health has massively increased since the pandemic with suicide in under 35's is getting increasingly higher. Whether you would like support, or for that of your son or daughter's, drop me a line and let's see if we are a good fit for one another. My work has successfully been used to aid individuals in their healing from Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual imbalances. This can include but are not limited to:
Addictions, trauma release, stress, anxiety, depression, mother/father to daughter/son relationships. Inner Child abuse, back problems, grief, loss, low self esteem, anger , lack of confidence, digestive problems, chronic Fatigue, relationship problems, migraines, sleep problems and more. I offer 1:1 healing sessions at my Therapy room Chester City Centre. I also offer counselling on the telephone or online (via Zoom). Nearly a whole year since I began my Apprenticeship in Movement Medicine.

From traveling back and forth to Hungary last year, to deep personal initiations, embodied learning, and soul remembering… this journey has changed me in ways I’m still discovering.

Alongside all my training over the years, something even deeper has been happening — remembering who I am.

And now I’m clear on what I’m ready to birth into the world in 2026 — drawing on all of my skills as a mighty medicine woman.

This summer, I’ll be opening group spaces that weave together:

🌿 Tending the Garden Within 🌿

Lately, I’ve been feeling how much my inner world mirrors a garden.

Some days it’s blooming — full of color, vitality, and new growth. Other days, there are weeds to pull, dry patches to water, or forgotten corners needing sunlight and care. But always, it’s mine to tend.

Being in my body — present with what’s here, right now — is like kneeling in that soil. It's not always comfortable. Sometimes it's messy. But it's honest. It's real. And it's where the healing happens.

The more I slow down and be with what is, the more I cultivate trust, softness, and space. Healing isn’t about forcing flowers to grow. It’s about showing up — again and again — with presence, patience, and love.

I’ve just been walking through the valley on this morning after the spring equinox, catching the sun as it rises a little higher, touching the first glimpses of spring. The earth waking up, soft with promise. Letting myself simply be with the elements—held by the light, the breeze, the scent of new growth. Honoring My Ancestors Through Song & Dance

For the past two years, I’ve been deepening my connection with my ancestors—not only those who have recently passed but the long line of souls who came before them. I’ve been listening, honoring, and weaving their presence into my life in new and profound ways.

Now, I’m off to Malta to continue this journey through song, dance, and ritual. I’ll be calling them in through voicework and movement, inviting them to join me as I honor their wisdom, their struggles, and their gifts.

Singing from the heart and through the ancestors is powerful. Their voices move through us, reminding us that we are never alone—that their love, their stories, and their strength live on in us.

This offering is part of "Songs for the Ancestors," a workshop dedicated to singing the past into the present, embodying remembrance, and celebrating the lineage that walks with us always.

I haven’t posted much lately, but I’ve been very busy behind the scenes. Around the last new moon and Imbolc, I was given new keys—marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter. A month later, after plenty of renovations, a fantastic team by my side, and an ongoing project in motion, I’m thrilled to share that I’ve moved out of Chester city centre and into my new premises in Hoole, Chester.

Even more exciting, this isn’t just a personal move—it’s a big step for Emerald Therapy Services, the company I co-founded with Emma. This new space is now our dedicated therapy centre, and we’re so excited to welcome all of our counsellors, clinical supervisors, and the families we support. I can’t wait to show my clients my beautiful new therapy room! 🌙🏡

Happy New Year to you all! I was in Anglesey for the start of 2025 and now ready and refreshed to start work again. A huge thank you to all my clients from last year, the work was deep and I am humbled you trust me to do the work with you. Huge love to you all. ❤️
