but trying to do it alone can feel overwhelming.

Whether you’re new to fitness, navigating perimenopause or menopause, or simply want to improve your strength and confidence, you don’t have to do it on your own.

I offer 1-to-1 training sessions in a private gym with workouts tailored to you and your ability. Alongside this, you’ll receive nutrition guidance, accountability, and ongoing support to help you become a stronger, healthier version of yourself.

Exercise isn’t only physical, it supports mental health too. It’s your time to reset, recharge, and prioritise your well-being.

Back in my happy place 🏋🏼‍♀️💪🏼

After having covid I’ve felt low on energy and have found it hard to get the motivation to exercise.

But I feel so much better this week so I’m back in the gym and making healthier food choices, now I’m ready to get back on track.
