Most people walk past sessions like this and think,
“what actually is that?”

Part bike, part strength, part recovery
 it doesn’t really fit in a box. And that’s exactly the point.

You’ll start on the bike, but it’s not just legs.
Upper body working, heart rate climbing, full body under pressure.

Then straight into barbell work.
Controlled, focused, building real strength when you’re already fatigued.

And just when you think you’re done

we slow it right down and finish with a proper stretch so you walk out feeling better than when you came in.

It’s not chaos. It’s not random.

From knowing how to defend yourself - obviously - to building a stronger mentality in and out of the ring.

But what we love with Fight Club juniors is that we see real growth with all the kids. Kids that come in, possibly a little shy, maybe lacking in a bit of confidence and quickly, over time, develop these things.
