As I look at these gorgeous poppies, their vibrant colour reminds me to focus on my root chakra. This is found at the base of the torso and includes the legs and feet.
Here are some tips on how to balance yours:-
🍓Focus on any shade of red. Look for things you can pick out at home and on the street. Such as a bowl of strawberries, red flowers in the garden, red sports car. Wear something red (especially red socks or underwear).
🍎Look after your physical body. Book a massage, think about going for a medical check-up, particularly for your feet, legs and base of torso.
⛱️Connect to your feet. Try massaging them or book a reflexology session. Walk around the house as often as you can. Try to walk barefoot outside on the grass or on a sandy beach.
👠Get organised. Make your house as comfortable as you can. Do you need to sort the pile of admin, clean your handbag out or clear any clutter?
📕Take control of your finances. Money is a big root chakra issue. Get useful advice from savvy friends, books and articles.
🔴For grounding and protection, try black, brown or red crystals like garnet and haematite. Pop a small piece in your pocket.
