One of my clients recently bought a real hero product from Sakura Wellness Hub, Saltney.

Amphora Aromatics Aroma Blend for Sleep works wonders at getting Kirsty's children off to sleep. Lots of snores coming from her little ones!

The blend contains Juniper, Patchouli, Lavender, Orange and Marjoram. You pop a few drops in a burner/diffuser. I recommend doing this an hour before bed. Just make sure that you blow out the tealight/switch off diffuser after that time.

🌼Aromatherapy Oils for Stressful Times🌼

A simple way to calm yourself is to put 2-3 drops of lavender on a tissue and inhale deeply from time to time. You could also use frankincense in the same way to help ground you.

Whether you put a few drops in the bath, burn some in a vaporiser or go for an aromatherapy massage, essential oils can alleviate stress:-

🪻Anxiety: Basil and bergamot (uplifting), geranium (relaxing), lavender (soothing) and sandalwood (calming).

🌼Mild Shock: Chamomile (calming), rosemary (stimulating), neroli (uplifting).

🍋Depression: Bergamot, rosemary, chamomile, lavender, neroli, patchouli, sandalwood and ylang ylang.

🌿Mental Fatigue: Eucalpytus and peppermint (reviving), rosemary (for concentration).
