Today in the news, an outbreak of meningitis is being treated in Kent - more than 30,000 people are being contacted for potential treatment, with 2 having lost their lives and 11 seriously ill in hospital.

There are essential diabetes health checks that form part of your annual review.

Two of those are for kidney disease, yet the urine test called 'albumin: creatinine ratio (ACR)' is often missed.

On World Kidney Day, we want to remind you that this test can spot kidney disease in its early stages, which is important because it means treatment can be started to stop it from progressing.
