I’ve just been to Lancashire to complete my Gua Sha Lymphatic Drainage & Ice Globe Therapy Facial Massage training. 🤩
GUA SHA
Gua Sha is a traditional technique from Traditional Chinese Medicine where a smooth tool is gently scraped along the skin. It is widely used today for facial & body massage.
