What are you doing this weekend to support your health and wellbeing?
As my birthday week comes to a close I’m reminded that we mark the passage of time in a whole variety of ways- counting birthdays being one of them. And nature reminds us of this every day as we watch things growing. The huge trees in the garden that I aim not to worry about in the storms to this papyrus plant, grown from a cutting given to me by my friend Moime years ago, all remind me that growth is a sign to us every day that building on our experience in the moment can still be possible. We are here in the eternal moment but our senses reassure us that progress can still happen and we can grow in all the ways open to us mentally, emotionally or spiritually, if not always physically. 💫

Oops and welcome to Distant Reiki Saturday for a change. I seem to be going with the flow with regard to timings and, having had a whole birthday WEEK, I seem to have totally lost track of the days!
