🎄 Travelling to Family or Friends This Christmas?

Long car rides, flights, and hauling gifts can leave your body feeling not-so-festive. A few simple tips to keep you comfortable and moving well:
🚗 If you’re driving:
✔ Adjust your seat so hips are slightly higher than knees
✔ Support your lower back with a small cushion or towel
✔ Take a break every 60–90 minutes to stretch and walk
✈️ If you’re flying:
✔ Keep shoulders relaxed (no hunching over phones!)
✔ Gently rotate your neck and roll shoulders during the flight
✔ Stay hydrated — muscles don’t love dehydration
🎁 Lifting gifts & luggage:
✔ Bend at the hips and knees, not your back
✔ Keep items close to your body
✔ Ask for help — Christmas injuries aren’t cute 😉
