🫶SELFCARE 🫶
This is so important, why? If we don’t give ourselves what we so freely give to others we can feel burnt out, resentful and low in energy and mood.
What do I do for selfcare so that I can continue being of service to my wonderful clients?
I support so many people, I’ve learnt how important it is to replenish my vessel to enable me to be in serve to those who so desperately need it.
✅ getting out in nature, it nourishes and feeds my soul.
✅ Drink lots of water.
✅ plenty of sleep
✅ yoga 🧘♀️
✅ eat healthy
✅ meditation
