A great day at our recent CQC update workshop for our members and clients. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it such a positive and engaging day.

We were delighted to be joined by InMode, who sponsored the day and were on hand to show us their machine and answer any questions.

We were also lucky to have such knowledgeable speakers:

Michelle Overton, MBACP accredited, who spoke openly and insightfully about mental health in practice and supporting both teams and patients.

Jen Vittanuova, expert witness, who delivered a clear and practical session on the legal aspects of note taking and record keeping.

Our director Sophie Singh-Jagatia, former CQC inspector of 10 years, who shared key CQC updates.

We would like to give notice that our fees will increase for the first time in nearly 3 years on the 1st August. This is inline with other consultants who offer a similar level of service. If you have a contract already for this to remain valid please sign and return it to us by the end of August. for any new clients as of the 1st August you will be quoted our new fee.
