World Reflexology week continues, thought I would share a little about myself as I have had a few new followers…

I’m Jackie, the face behind Limes Therapies. I’m married with 3 daughters and my boy Ralphie 🐶 The rule in our house stands any pets have to be male to even up the numbers 😆

I’ve been a practicing reflexologist now for 8 years, after qualifying in 2017 I have done numerous CPD courses to enhance my treatment offerings. No day is the same and there is always something new to learn 😊 💚

I love creating a safe space for clients to feel they can truly relax. In the fast paced lives that so many lead, taking the time for self care is so important and I feel blessed I get to see every day the difference that this can make ☺️ 👣
