We are working on getting as many fantastic raffle prizes together as possible, if anyone would like to help with donations, be it Easter Eggs, a bottle, unwanted gifts etc, we would be most grateful 🥰

💕Happy Mother’s Day💕

On Friday we celebrated ahead of time to ensure our wonderful ladies had a little something and a card, to make sure they went into the weekend with a smile🥰

We celebrated those who are mothers, sisters, step mums, aunties, god mothers, grandmas, daughters and dear friends. All our ladies deserve to be celebrated for the smiles they bring, the laughter they share and the moments they’ve touched other peoples lives💕

We hope everyone had a wonderful Mother’s Day💕

- COMMUNITY CAFE LAUNCH -

We held our first community cafe coffee morning today and what a wonderful morning it was!

Some of the amazing children from Maple Grove School joined us and they did an amazing job of giving our residents a run for their money with card and board games.

You could really see the pure enjoyment from everyone this morning and we have already had some lovely feedback from both relatives, residents and the children on how much they enjoyed themselves!

Today our residents enjoyed a Hawaiian party! From music & mocktails to hula grass skirts & inflatables.. a fun & social group activity was enjoyed by all 🥰🍹🏝️

Everyone enjoyed a wonderful Chinese meal followed by a Chinese dance performance!

If you would like to do something different this half term bring your children along to Orchard Manor Care Home and join in with lots of fun, arts and crafts and even a scavenger hunt to find the gold coins🧧🐉

❤️ Happy Valentines Day ❤️

We’ve had a really busy week this week and been sharing the love! 🥰

We started the week off with a wonderful performance by The Song Byrds 🎶 Then we made a start on getting creative! From flower arranging and chocolate tasting, to making cards and jam pastry hearts, our residents have really enjoyed these activities 💐🍫

We also had a lovely visit from Louis and his Mum yesterday, as he had made some cards to hand out to the residents - Thank You Louis & Laurna ☺️

🦉 - T H E O W L MAN - 🦉

On Friday we had the wonderful John come in to visit with his Owls - Sam, Holly & Pablo and also Chrissie the Skunk! 🦨

We love having John bring these beautiful animals in to see us, the residents & staff enjoyed hearing lots of amazing facts and also got to stroke them too! 🤩
