The consulting room in Chester is fitted with an air purifier that removes viruses and bacteria from both the air and surfaces.

The purifier runs continuously and, along with effective sanitisation of the chairs between clients, this makes the consulting room an extremely safe environment.

One of the main ways that illnesses, including coronavirus, can spread through workplaces is via airborne particles which are then directly inhaled, or can land on surfaces where they colonise and can be transferred into a host via their hands.

Flowing River ....Mindfulness of thoughts ...see the river flowing by. As you look more closely at the water you notice leaves, twigs, fish , the reflection of clouds in the sky all flowing continuously by. Stand by the river watching everything coming toward you. Now imagine that you are watching for your thoughts, feelings or wishes. Watch them come downstream. As they come closer just watch them come and go , see what comes down the river next. Do not push away what you notice in the river just let it come and let it go
