The Good Food Yogi teaches several weekly yoga classes; including a mix of physical yoga classes i

n Hawarden and Chester. Online yoga classes are also available throughout the week as well as access to a library of recorded classes for those who want to practice more often and at anytime. A variety of yoga classes are available, from 60 min gentle / beginners, to 90 min Ashtanga led; 60 min vinyasa flow classes and Yin Yoga. As well as shorter 15 min yoga drill classes designed to progress your core strength. The Good Food Yogi also offers twice-annual weekend yoga retreats; monthly yoga technique workshops, 1-2-1 yoga sessions; company collaborations/partnerships and corporate well being sessions.

The Good Food Yogi offers fun and informative weekly, online yoga classes, monthly workshops and yearly weekend yoga retreats. Combining our love of yoga with our passion for good, healthy, plant-based food that’s wholesome and nourishing for your body and tastes delicious.

Emma is a registered member as ‘Experienced Yoga Teacher’ with the Yoga Alliance Professionals, after qualifying in 2013 with Sampoorna School of Yoga, India, with a 200 hour qualification in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow Yoga.

She continues to develop her own Ashtanga Practice daily and completes training every year, training with Kino McGregor, Tim Feldmann, as well as completing a 40-hour teacher training with the legendary David Swenson.
