Lovely hearing from my clients:
I had a hypnotherapy session with Paul to help with my fear of having sedation and medications that make you feel ‘out of it’, I suppose the overall fear he was treating was loss of control. I was due to have a medical procedure which I hadn’t gone through with on 2 previous occasions, the thought of sedation for me would cause severe anxiety, shaking, nausea, just not an option! I had my session with Paul and then booked my procedure in about a week afterwards, I didn’t feel confident booking it in but did. The day came and I can’t even explain what happened, I literally got on to the hospital bed and they sedated me 🤣 i experienced no fear, no shaking, nothing. It’s as if he’d numbed my previous feelings about it. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone looking to overcome a similar fear as myself, it was actually a miracle! Thank you Paul

I find it unfortunate that hypnotherapy is usually a last resort for most people befofre they try the convention mean eg patches, gum, v**es, drugs, etc for smoking and counselling for anxiety, depression and psychotherapy. Yet, hypnosis is very effective without the side effects of these methods. Scandalous it is not available on the NHS.
