Barre Eclipse is a Strength Based, Body Affirming Barre Class. You’ll use a mixture of 1kg, 2kgs, the Core Ball, Bands, Blocks and 5/6kgs (Optional) as you move through a sequence of carefully selected strength based exercises to the beat of the music.
