🎃✨ Halloween smiles start early — even for the littlest monsters! 🦷
This Halloween, let your kids enjoy the treats, but don’t let the sugar goblins take over. According to the great advice from NHS on caring for baby and toddler teeth:
Start brushing as soon as their first milk tooth appears — up to age 3 use a smear of fluoride toothpaste (at least 1,000 ppm).

For ages 3-6, use a pea-sized amount and brush last thing at night + once more during the day.

Keep sugary drinks and snacks to mealtimes, and opt for water or milk rather than juice or fizzy drinks.

So while the costumes and sweets are spooky-fun, let’s keep those tiny teeth strong and cavity-free 👻🧁💧
