For someone living with CMT who has endured 5 years of major surgeries, this is the equivalent of climbing Everest.

Meet Jane—the woman currently hiding behind that UP Strength t-shirt!

She just finished a gruelling personal training session and flat-out refused a headshot, but we couldn’t wait another second to share her incredible journey.

Jane came to us feeling like her best years were in the rearview mirror.
Dealing with painful arthritis and medical results that had her doctors worried, she felt trapped by her own DNA. With the added stress of being a primary caregiver for her husband, Jane needed an escape—a place to reclaim her own identity.

Vicky hasn’t just been ā€œshowing UPā€ā€”she has been redefining what it means to be committed. If you’re looking for a masterclass in discipline, look no further. Here is why Vicky is taking home the title this month:

We recently revisited a fitness challenge, and Vicky didn’t just beat her old score; she smashed her previous time by a staggering 10 seconds. In the world of high-intensity training, 10 seconds is an eternity. That kind of progress doesn’t happen by accident; it’s the result of every drop of sweat she’s put in over the last few weeks.

It’s not just her speed that’s soaring—her strength is hitting new peaks too. We’ve been consistently increasing the weight on the bar, and she handles increase weight with focus and grit. Her form is locked in, and her confidence with the heavy stuff is inspiring to watch.

Vicky has become a student of the game. She’s been listening intently to nutritional advice and has successfully increased her protein intake, fuelling her body for recovery and growth rather than just ā€œgetting throughā€ the day. This shift in her relationship with food is the secret sauce behind those massive gym gains.

REDEMPTION ON THE FULL STACK. 🚨

A few weeks ago, this 200kg stack stayed pinned.
Yesterday Nick moved it like it was light work.

In fitness, we talk a lot about ā€œPersonal Bests,ā€ but Nick just set a Studio Best. There is officially no more weight left on the machine.

It’s easy to show UP when you know you’re going to win. It’s a lot harder to show UP when you’ve tasted defeat at this exact weight before.
Nick didn’t just bring his strength yesterday; he brought his memory of that last fail and used it as fuel.

The Lesson: If it doesn’t happen the first time, it’s just data for the second time.

Incredibly proud of the discipline Nick brings to every session.
We’re officially going to need a bigger leg press, but for now, we pivot. It’s time to take it deeper and slower—because when you run out of weight, you start mastering time under tension and range of motion. There are always ways to make it harderšŸ¤©šŸ’Ŗ
