Reiki is a gentle, energy healing practice that works to restore balance in the body, calm the mind, and support emotional wellbeing. It’s deeply relaxing and often feels like a reset for your whole system.

You might feel called to Reiki when you’re:
• feeling overwhelmed or burnt out
• navigating stress, anxiety, or big life changes
• struggling to switch off or sleep
• wanting to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level
• simply in need of rest, stillness, and nurturing

Each session is a space to slow down, soften, and receive.

Imagine you are standing at a threshold
It may be a doorway, a path, a shoreline, or something symbolic to you.

Behind you, notice the old year gently dissolving —
like footprints in sand as the tide comes in,
like leaves returning to the earth.

If there is anything you are ready to leave behind —
habits, stories, expectations, or weight that no longer serves —
imagine placing it down here.
You do not need to carry it forward.

Ahead of you, sense the energy of the new year.
Not loud or demanding, but steady and welcoming.
A quiet invitation.

As you step forward, notice the quality of light around you.
Perhaps it is soft and golden, or cool and clear.
This light represents the way you wish to feel in the year ahead.

Visualise this light gently filling your body —
from the soles of the feet,
up through the legs, the pelvis, the heart,
the throat, the face, the crown of the head.

See yourself a few months into the future.
You are living in alignment with your intention.
Notice the small details:
• how you wake in the morning
• how you move through your day
• how you respond to challenges with more ease

Feel the sense of trust in your body.
A quiet confidence.
A knowing that you are exactly where you need to be.

Now imagine sending a gentle message to your future self —
a word, an image, or a feeling.
Let it land softly.

Rest here for a few breaths,
standing fully in the new year,
supported, open, and present.
