I was privileged with the amazing opportunity again to work with supporting the runners and providing them with post sports massages.

On the 22nd of June a small group of us from the Nike store at Mansfield are taking part in a Store To Coast run. We will be starting the run at the Nike store and finishing it at the coast. In total we will be running 144km (90miles) together!

We will be raising money for two amazing charities which we hope to raise around £650 each for. Any donations big or small would be greatly appreciated! Please share this around and let’s see how much we can help out!!

Big BUCS Wednesday - Badminton National Championships

I had the amazing opportunity to provide court side sports therapy for Team Derby’s Ladies Badminton.

The girls were amazing and are such incredible athletes. It’s such a pleasure to work with them and see them get this far
