RPTradersMedical is looking for a Business Development Manager to support growth across the UK and European medical device markets.

This is a customer-facing, commercially focused role working with new and refurbished medical devices, supporting customers across pre-hospital, ambulance, and healthcare sectors.

The role is offered on a 12-month fixed term, with the intention to extend based on performance and business needs.

Role highlights:
• B2B sales and relationship-led role
• Customer-facing across pre-hospital and healthcare settings
• Involvement with new & refurbished medical devices
• UK-based, field role (UK & EU travel)
• 12-month fixed term with extension
• £35,000 base salary
• OTE £55,000–£65,000 (uncapped)

• 28 days holiday (incl. bank holidays)

Experience in medical devices, capital equipment, or technical B2B sales is preferred. Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot is beneficial.
