An amazing opportunity! Train with us, stay with us!

We have our private student area all set and raring to go. You can go from complete beginner to supported self employed all in one place.

Away from the hustle and bustle and being on show in the front room of our salon, aka “the nail room” we have created a safe student friendly space in our back treatment room, that currently hosts our brow and lash treatments (which it still will) but it will also be available for training students and also accommodating them to “rent a desk” to help kick start their journey into the nail industry. We can now offer x2 spaces for our students to rent a nail desk within our salon after they’ve completed their training with us, giving you the platform to work from a busy salon, have support on hand whilst learning on the job, become part of our amazing team and the exposure to advertise yourself to our existing client base with the flexibility of renting a desk per day.

I feel this is an amazing opportunity as a new nail tech entering the industry and something I feel I would’ve really benefitted from when I trained all those years ago. A full support network after I completed my training. So this is something I passionately and importantly wanted to create for my students.

Happy New Year From SB Wellbeing & Team SB ✨

None of this out with the old & in with the new shizzle!
It’s all about holding onto the good, leaving behind what no longer works for you and moving forward with enthusiasm, positivity. So that’s what we are going to do!

2025 was a year of navigating things that look a little different & some times uncertain but the tenacity to keep going & bending to the changes coming our way. Some we never knew we needed. But that’s ok. Growing through the unknown can be beautiful & make you even stronger and bigger than you ever imagined.

When I set out on my self employed holistic therapist journey I never imagined I’d be where I am 7 years later. Celebrating our 4th year as SB Wellbeing & ending that year with the best setup I could have hoped for. But my business model looks nothing like I planned when diving into it at the beginning.

has absolutely sky rocketed for me over the past couple of years & that is predominantly where my passion sits. So that’s where I’m focusing my energy this year. Whilst I will still be available for a lot of my existing treatments, nails has naturally taken over for me and I have to focus on growing what is staring me in the face.
So for me personally I shall be scaling back my own treatment offerings as I want to give more time to teaching & maintaining my loyal client list.

This doesn’t mean you can’t still get all your gorgeous treatments under our roof.
is on hand for all your holistic facials, massages and waxing needs.
And .__ is continuing to grow her list of nail treatments, brows, lash lifts too.
So we’ve still got you covered from head to toe.

I’m not giving up my Ayurvedic treatments, or brows etc that I currently do, don’t panic, what I am doing is streamlining what “I” personally offer so that I can continue to offer the best of what I do and I’ve learnt that I don’t have to do everything when I’ve got such an amazing team around me.

I want to focus more on , & SB Tribe as SB Wellbeing has always been an umbrella for the whole package & that’s TEAM SB (all of us)✨

And that’s a wrap on 2025!

Team SB are over and out for this year! We have dusted off, sparkled up and completed a whopping total of 2510 appointments this year! Our most amazing year to date! And we couldn’t do it without all of our gorgeous clients supporting us and choosing us every single time. We appreciate you more than you know! 🫶🏼

The past year has taught us to “go with the flow” and take the twists and turns in order to grow into where we are meant to be. But that we are exactly where we are meant to be through highs and lows there is always laughter, crying, support and coffee to get us through! A safe space for everyone to just be you - whatever that looks like.

Our little team is what makes SB Wellbeing who we are and I couldn’t be more grateful to have this duo with me.
bringing .__ to life this year and launching her career fully in this industry has been magical to watch her grow and smash every milestone so far in her first full year as a nail tech 🫶🏼 and becoming an integral part of the team.
And our Caz who has been with me from the very beginning and being the magical hands everyone comes through the door for to float back out feeling incredible.
And for me has grown into everything I never imagined but I’m here for it. Leading me to train as a nail educator and launch which I’m so excited to grow next year (watch this space) and most recently SB Tribe Members Club that is just giving me life!

Our team is what makes SB Wellbeing what it is. It may be my name on the salon but it’s so much more than just SB. All pieces of the puzzle coming together and making it whole. The yin/ yang bouncing off eachother and keeping that balance and it just works whilst never feeling like work!

So now a little time out to enjoy Christmas with our families and recharge those batteries to level up again in 2026 and see what magic we can create next year (yes I already have plans, ideas and goals flying around, so watch this space!)

Our welcome package for November and the launch of 𝒮𝐵 𝒯𝓇𝒾𝒷𝑒 ✨

So for our first month, we wanted to send out some merch for our tribe members, really feel like part of something special.
We also incorporated self care reminders at every point, herbal teas to have a brew and take 5 mins out! A Starbucks gift card to go on a little solo treat date. “Good vibes” socks! Self care checklists and a self care bingo card relating to autumn/winter self care. And as always supporting small local businesses - tribe bracelets in our branded colours from .jar and branded cookies from .ginger (both small businesses are also our gorgeous clients 🫶🏼) always at the heart of what we do and why! ✨

So imagine having this gorgeous packaged delivered to your door! Something just for you! You are so worth it.

But what is SB Tribe?

So, we wanted to create our own “club” if you like, that focuses on self care but also being a part of something special. The values of our salon really. But making it a little bit more ✨

𝒮𝐵 𝒯𝓇𝒾𝒷𝑒 Is our members club, open to all our clients who want to join and each month will consist of a either a self care package delivered to your door, a tribe meet up (coffee morning/lunch date) or a self care workshop where we get together, take time out for us and dive into something mindful and relaxing!

Our first month had absolutely gorgeous feedback from the packages we sent out to our members - including our signature hoodies!

So if you want to know more about 𝒮𝐵 𝒯𝓇𝒾𝒷𝑒 or want to join something that’s just for you - but feel supported and inspired by like minded others then drop us a message and we will send you more info….. December packages are just getting ready to be sent out for Christmas indulgence and January is our first planned meet up where our members can meet eachother and enjoy a little January relaxation together.

November is here - and we all know what that means…..

𝒮𝐵 𝐹𝑒𝓈𝓉𝒾𝓋𝑒 𝒲𝓇𝑒𝒶𝓉𝒽 𝒲𝑜𝓇𝓀𝓈𝒽𝑜𝓅 Is back!

This year it’s a little earlier! (Due to already very full diaries and lots of plans and appointments booked!)

Join us on Saturday 15th November at 3pm for our annual wreath making and get festive with us whilst creating something bespoke to your style with a little help from us!
Enjoy a mince pie and mulled wine and let’s kick off Christmas with a little crafting and singing whilst we do!

10 spaces available and once these are gone - that’s it! I know we managed to squeeze a second date in last year but we really don’t have the space to do it this year!

So if you wanna join us please get your space booked asap. (Yes it’s literally next Saturday 🫣 sorry for the short notice!) but we are ready for ya!)
