✨ 𝐼𝓉’𝓈 𝐻𝑒𝓇𝑒 ✨

𝓢𝓑 𝓣𝓻𝓲𝓫𝓮 - 𝑀𝑒𝓂𝒷𝑒𝓇𝓈 𝒞𝓁𝓊𝒷

I have been working on this for a little while now and I think with celebrating our 4th birthday at the salon is a good time to launch it. This is something I have been wanting to do for some time now, and at my recent Nail Tech Org Members event I attended the penny dropped and I had a light bulb moment!
The event was called “MANI-fest” and it was centred around manifesting your future business, your brand and your community that surrounds that. Then it struck me - I already have mine! You guys!! You are all what make SB Wellbeing what it is to me. Whether that be the salon, SB Nails, SB Academy, SB Retreats - all of it combined IS my brand and what makes it IS my community supporting me every step of the way - thus giving me my dream business. And I couldn’t be more grateful for that.

SB Tribe is an exclusive members club for clients of SB Wellbeing. It is essentially a monthly subscription to join our members club where we focus on building a community centred around self care and being a part of something special. Membership includes monthly newsletters with lots of self care tips for the month ahead, as well as a combination of self care packages delivered to your door, tribe meet ups, mindful in person workshops and a few surprises along the way. Each month will bring you something different to give a variety of different things throughout the year that are just for you, whilst joining a community of supportive likeminded ladies (or gents if they wish) to connect and share with.

So if you’ve been following our stories you will have seen that we are launching something new and we think it’s pretty special!

And if you joined our mailing list then you will already know what we’ve been working on as you will have received a sneaky peek Sunday night!

So on Monday we launched our new avenue for SB Wellbeing to our email subscribers and have already had sign ups which is amazing. If you signed up but haven’t checked your emails yet then make sure you go take a look! 👀
The response and feedback so far has been wonderful and now we are ready to share it with our wider circle of followers.

𝟦 𝓎𝑒𝒶𝓇𝓈 𝑜𝒻 𝒮𝐵 𝒲𝑒𝓁𝓁𝒷𝑒𝒾𝓃𝑔

4 gorgeous years of growing my business at 286 Chatsworth Road! And that makes it 6 years of me being fully self employed ✨

What a rollercoaster ride it’s been. And would I change any of it?
Nope - it’s taught me everything I know now and how I want to direct things in the future!

Have I always got it right?
Hell no - but I’ve learnt a lot of lessons along the way (and sometimes the hard way)

One thing that’s always remained the same - I’m right where I should be at this moment in time!

And at this moment in time I am feeling so grateful to be able to say I love what I do every single day, it brings me so much joy to know people choose to walk through our door because they value what we do, how we do it and more importantly who we are! That’s a pretty special thing don’t you think!

I am beyond grateful for our amazing team at SB wellbeing who make it the special place it is. We work as a team to bring our gorgeous clients the whole experience from sparkly nails, fluffy brows and lashes, smooth waxing and relaxing facials and massages. Well-being looks different to everyone and we always strive to bring a bespoke touch to all our treatments and services specifically for what you need at that time. A safe space for you to come to, let go, relax, recharge and leave feeling a little lighter, brighter and zen. And that’s exactly the vision I had when I first set out on this journey. Now I can say “I’m living my purpose” and I could not be happier. It’s a good feeling!

✨ 𝑀𝓊𝓈𝑒 𝐵𝑒𝒶𝓊𝓉𝓎 ✨

And last but my no means least is “our tezza” -

Terri joined 𝒯𝑒𝒶𝓂 𝒮𝐵 in July 2024, dusting off her 2020 lash qualifications after having her second gorgeous daughter. She joined the salon as a lash artist and has just continued to add to her repertoire of skills and treatment list.

𝑀𝓊𝓈𝑒 𝐵𝑒𝒶𝓊𝓉𝓎 was born with a meaning of “expressing her creativity through her treatments” - and what better place to do it than with us!
Over the past year Terri has grown her business from scratch. Starting with 0 clients and now has a regular client base building beautifully.

You’ll see Terri’s welcoming smile and feel her calming, warm, friendly personality as soon as you enter (usually with a brew in her hand 🫖) and through her treatments that really comes into its own. A listening ear, a gentle hand and the feeling of a warm hug all with a little added sparkle ✨

Terri has some space to welcome new, regular clients whilst she is still building her skills and experience with us in lash treatments, (including the new Korean lash lift) brows & waxing, and most recently Gel Nails & our favourite Elim Pedicure! 💅🏼 and soon to be adding Builder Gel & Extensions 🤩

One main thing about Terri, .__ is her passion to grow and learn everything that we embody and stand for at and she isn’t afraid to just dive in and try something new - and a huge thanks to our amazing clients for supporting her learning journey and being gorgeous models for her to practise and gain experience. That’s exactly who we are. A team! From therapists, to clients, to friends and family that makes up our special place. We are not “just” a beauty salon, we are a support network for eachother, a safe space and I absolutely love that about who we are. A loving, caring community 🫶🏼

So if you’re looking for a little “you time” make sure you pop in and see us, Terri is in the salon Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays - so you’ll see her most days and if she’s not sat at her nail desk she is most likely stood waiting for the kettle to boil 🤣

With her healing hands, bringing the most tranquil facials and relaxing massages to you. Alongside pedicures and waxing here and there helping get you holiday ready. But her speciality is absolutely holistic treatments.

Working closely with (and actually down at London Fashion Week pampering the models right now) Caroline is an advocate for the brand and only uses natural, ethical, vegan and cruelty free products in all her treatments - something we feel very passionate about at 🌿

With 38 years of experience within the beauty industry, Caz has a wealth of knowledge to share during her treatments, teamed with her calm, gentle, holistic approach, you are guaranteed to leave the salon floating on air 🤍

Caz is based at the salon Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. So if you’re looking to relax those muscles or work out some tension Caroline is the woman to prescribe the best mix of holistic, therapeutic and deep tissue massage techniques during your treatment. The same for facials - there is never one size fits all, so we always bespoke our treatments to give you the treatment you need at that specific moment in time. Just book the amount of time you want and Caz will magic up the perfect combination for you.

A refresh and intro for those new to us across our platforms about who 𝕋𝕖𝕒𝕞 𝕊𝔹 are, whilst jumping on this cute trend!

Let’s start with 𝓢𝓑 herself - aka Sam ✨

As you can see, I’m a stubborn Ta**us ♉️ which came in handy when launching my self employed career just before lockdown hit us with a bang! And if that isn’t going to deter or stop me, I don’t know what will!

I absolutely love what I do and I love learning new treatments to pamper you all with or new ideas to bring you as self care / mindful workshops/retreats. I really feel I’m living in my purpose and that will only continue to grow into bigger and better things (I don’t like to sit still for too long) so Thankyou for always supporting me in everything I do and helping me continue to expand my passion for it all! Without my gorgeous clients and team supporting me - SB Wellbeing wouldn’t be what it is today. It’s not just a salon to get treatments at, it’s so much more than that. It’s our sanctuary, haven and friends meeting place where we all come together and leave feeling much better and sparkling much brighter!

Sorry for the radio silence!

We’ve been busy juggling the kids school holidays, celebrating birthday, training, decorating the salon and still pampering you all ready for your special events, holidays and monthly self care check ins!

But that doesn’t mean we haven’t been planning things behind the scene!
And one of the most asked questions is “when can I book my retreat place!” We know you all love this weekend as much as we do. 🤍

So whilst we normally host our well-being retreat in October to let go and welcome in abundance for the autumn winter season - it’s just not logistically possible for us this year to host it at this time. So we have decided to switch things up a little and hold space for you in January 2026 instead!
Time to manifest, vision plan, set up next year properly and ask the universe for exactly how you want 2026 to look!

So YES if you want to get your January retreat booked we are now taking deposits to secure your place.
Provisional date in alignment with the new moonis looking at the weekend of Friday 16th January 🌑

So if you’d like to secure your space (I know there’s a long list of you enquiring) with a deposit (venue TBC) then please drop the word “RETREAT” below and we will send you a message and a link over to grab your place. Spaces are limited due to keeping it special, intimate and giving you the attention you deserve. First come first placed 🫶🏼

We’ve been super busy this weekend, renovating our nail room! Big shoutout to & for your hard graft girls! 💪🏽

We felt it was Time for a spruce up! And bringing more love to our favourite place! And it’s looking pretty gorgeous!

The paint chose itself by being called “well grounded” so it was an absolute must have! And we think it just looks and feels perfect. Lighter, brighter and calm 😌

I am in the thick of planning our 2025 retreat for October. I know a lot of you love this retreat and have been asking when you can book it! The answer is now. You can secure your retreat spot with me NOW!

Spaces as always are limited to keep our retreats intimate and catered to the needs of those coming along for the weekend. Venue is TBC but we have a few gorgeous locations in the pipeline in the gorgeous park district.
