🌿💚 Adnan’s green-fingered magic is in full bloom! 💚🌿

Adnan, who lives at our Watnall House home in Hucknall, has discovered a real talent for gardening - and he couldn’t wait to share it with the world!

With support from colleagues Jo and Jess, Adnan has transformed a few old planters into a flourishing allotment, growing strawberries, sweetcorn, potatoes, carrots, peas and more. He’s even bought himself a little greenhouse! 🍓🥕🌽

He was so proud of what he’s achieved that he contacted his local newspaper to tell his story - and it’s now been featured in the Hucknall Dispatch! 🌼

to a wonderful night celebrating the best of Derbyshire! 🤩

We were honoured to sponsor the Lifetime Achievement Award for Adult Social Care and Public Health at Derbyshire County Council's Our Derbyshire Awards 2025 back in September.

The event was a true celebration of kindness, dedication, and community spirit. Congratulations to Helena Whiting, the worthy winner of the award, and big thanks to our Partnership Development Manager's, Andrea and Christie, for representing team ivolve! 👏

We’re passionate about shining a light on those shaping positive change across social care. Supporting events like this is part of our commitment to giving back - recognising compassion, contribution, and the impact people have on their communities. ✨

We left the evening inspired, proud, and more determined than ever to keep supporting people to live flourishing lives. 💚

We’re here today at the South West Wales Brain Injury Group (SWWBIG) event - and proud to be one of the main sponsors in association with JCP Solicitors 💚

Our Wales MD Dan, Head of Therapy, Rhian and our amazing ivolve Wales team are on hand, ready to chat about our specialist homes across Wales and how we support adults living with brain injury to rebuild their lives with care, dignity and hope.

The event brings together people who share a common goal - improving the lives of those affected by brain injury through understanding, innovation and collaboration.

If you’re at the event today, pop by our stand and say hello (and pick up a goody bag!) 👋 We’d love to meet you, share our story, and explore how can make a lasting difference.

Big thanks to Epsom Incentives Ltd for the stand merch, banners and tablecloth! 🙌

💚 We’re here! The ivolve team has arrived in Llandudno for the National Social Care Conference - and we can’t wait to meet you!

Today and tomorrow, Debs, Jess and Gemma are ready to welcome you to our stand. Pop by for a chat about what we do, how we do it, and why we’re so passionate about helping people flourish through truly person-centred support. 🌷

This year’s theme, “Positive connections: Growing resilient communities with people and technology,” is exactly what drives us at ivolve - real relationships, strong communities and care that counts.

If you’re attending, come and say hi! Let’s share stories, ideas and inspiration to make care brighter for everyone. 🙌

When someone joins us at ivolve, we don’t just open our doors - we open possibilities.

This story began with a simple goal: to help one person feel safe, valued and happy again. From the moment this person we support arrived, the change was noticeable - their favourite colour on the walls, a slice of cake waiting on the table, and warm smiles that said, you belong here.

Day by day, small moments became milestones. Cooking together, making new friends, rediscovering hobbies they’d loved years ago. Through our Strive model of support, those everyday experiences turned into something truly life-changing.

Today, there’s more confidence, better health, and a genuine spark of joy. When asked how life feels now, the answer came with a grin and a thumbs up: “Happy.” 💚

That’s what happens when specialist care and support become personal.

It’s time to have your say! 💬💚

Our 2025 ‘Your Say’ survey charity poll is now open for our colleagues to vote via Connect. The charity with the most votes will receive £1 for every completed Your Say survey when we go live!

The nominees are:
💙 Alzheimer's Society

💜 Parkinson's UK

Which charity should our colleagues pick this year and why? Let us know in the comments! 👇

We’re proud to be joining the care conversation at the Healthcare Summit 2025 today!

Our CEO Tim Davies is speaking on the Complex Care CEO Panel, and our CFO Neil Robinson is joining the CFO Panel to explore Future-Proofing Financial Teams and Talent.

Together, they’re sharing how ivolve is helping to shape the future of specialist care - from the way we lead and invest, to how we empower colleagues to deliver care that truly changes lives.

If you’re at the event, come and find Tim and Neil to learn more about ivolve, our Strive model of support, and what good care really looks like in action. 💚
