🎄 Christmas came early at Oakmere Cottage! 🎄

We’re delighted to share that Oakmere Cottage is now open - and the first people we support have already started settling into their new home, just before Christmas! 💚

Developed in partnership with Squirrel Wood Properties and Inclusion Housing, this beautiful home has been designed with comfort, connection and independence in mind. With six en-suite bedrooms, welcoming shared spaces and a lovely garden, it’s a place where people can feel safe, settled and supported to live life their way.

We’ve got some wonderful to share 💚

A few weeks ago, Muj, our Registered Manager at Cranbourne House, was awarded Highly Commended in The Frontline Leaders Award at the Great British Care Awards - and we couldn’t be prouder.

At just 22, Muj has already made a huge impact. This year alone, he’s been recognised as Leader of the Year at our ivolve Awards and has led positive changes at Cranbourne House, including a new multi-faith room designed with the people we support at its heart.

Muj leads with compassion, purpose and a real belief in people. He inspires his team to think differently, work together and deliver care that truly makes a difference - creating a home where people feel valued, respected and supported to thrive.

This recognition is a reflection of the leader he is and the culture he creates every day. Well done, Muj - we’re so proud of you and everything you stand for 💚

🎄✨ What a day we had yesterday at our Parkview Winter Welcome!

Parkview was full of festive cheer as families and professionals toured the home, chatted with our amazing team and shared mince pies, music and moments that really mattered.

A huge highlight? Chloe, one of the people we support, proudly giving us a peek into her home and soaking up every second.💚

Thanks to Muj, our brilliant Registered Manager, the home has blossomed in the last 12 months. People are happier, more confident and more in control of their own lives. A huge at The Gables! 💚✨

We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that THREE of our amazing colleagues have been shortlisted for the 2025 Lincolnshire Care Association (LinCA) Awards!

The LinCA Awards are a celebration of everything that makes social care so special in Lincolnshire - recognising outstanding colleagues, exceptional support, teamwork, leadership and the people who go above and beyond every single day. Being shortlisted is a huge achievement and something to be incredibly proud of.

Over the last two days, our Area Managers and Nursing Managers have come together for our Leading the ivolve Way residential event at Woodland Grange - a space designed to support, inspire and strengthen the leaders at the heart of ivolve.

With sessions led by Verity & Richard from Purple Story on resilient leadership, safe and engaged teams, decision-making, accountability and growth mindset thinking, it’s been about giving our leaders the time and tools to grow with confidence.

Because when our colleagues flourish, the people we support do too.

Partnership Development in Bradford 🤝

Yesterday was a special one at Cranbourne House in Bradford. We opened our doors to Rob and Carine from the Bradford Council commissioning team, giving them the chance to explore the home, meet the people who live here and enjoy some brilliant conversations with our team.

They heard all about how far Cranbourne House has come in the last year, and discussed how we can help local people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs lead lives full of connection, purpose and possibility.

It was warm, positive and full of ideas - the kind of visit that reminds us why important conversations make such a difference. They even got a special musical performance from Mick, a person we support!

Thank you to everyone who came along. We can’t wait to keep building on these relationships. 💚
