This is what my Telegram day can do for you.
I don't meditate often these days, as I'm usually too busy. I need my mind clear to be able to achieve this properly.
On my Telegram day I'm not going to tell you to do that, or write numerous affirmations per day. You don't have to write them, but I write just 5 a day, which helps me remember who I am. It doesn't have to be this many.
Start with one a day, say it to yourself every time you feel scattered. I find this calms my mind. I can repeat it to my self while making a drink. Nothing complicated till I feel grounded again.
No 5 x 55 each day, that takes for ever to write. No grounding yourself with roots growing from your feet. Just one simple affirmation.
If you can't think of it, I'll do it for you.
Simple.
