This morning we Crowned our new target member imrana 🫶🎊 when Imrana joined our 7am group she didnt want to lose alot of weight but what she did want was to create better habits and support to increase her physical activity so was confident enough to join the gym.

And thats exactly what happened she now goes to the gym for muscle strengthening . Her eating habits are so much better and she's enjoying eating without guilt. I'm super proud of her as its been slow but imrana was happy with that .

Another fabulous week my members some fantastic losses , amazing choices. , members adding in that important physical activity.

We've spoken about so much in groups this week. Using flour as our healthy extra fibre choice what to make from that , We've spoken about the importance of adding enough protein into there weeks . How important that 1/3 plate speed food is and who knew cottage cheese can be made into a mayo type sauce 🤯

We've welcomed new members who think where bonkers and can't wait for next weeks groups .

Our slimming world community isn't just sat clapping . We've changed things still with the same unbeatable support still cheering each other on but groups are a relaxed safe place for "us" as members to be as open as you like and if you don't want to talk then thats ok too have a cuppa and soak up all the inspiration.
