When people talk about Reiki, it’s often described through sensations: warmth, tingling, waves of energy. But that isn’t everyone’s experience, especially at first.⁠

When I first received Reiki, I didn’t feel much at all. And I remember wondering whether it was any different than simply "resting" on my own.⁠
⁠
However, I learned that Reiki doesn’t always show up through sensations. ⁠

Often, the body responds quietly, beneath conscious awareness. ⁠
⁠
Subtle shifts can take time to notice, and sometimes they’re only clear in hindsight.⁠

💜The gentle resonance of Tibetan singing bowls goes beyond simple relaxation. Layered vibrations interact deeply with the body, creating a profound sense of balance and harmony.

🌟Today I had the privilege of playing my very first sound bath for a lovely group of women🙌

I’ll admit, I was nervous — but once I settled in and let the sound flow, my nerves began to ease.

It was a powerful reminder that stepping outside our comfort zone is where growth can begin.🙏🙏
