How is it already September?! 😱🤯

September always feels like a whirlwind. As the seasons shift, so do our routines – and suddenly it can feel like there are a thousand drains on your time!

Whether it’s the back-to-school juggle or diving back into work after summer, it’s easy to put your own wellbeing at the bottom of the list.

Alongside our regular weekly classes, we’re working with several incredible teachers to offer even more sessions designed to support your health, energy and balance – so you don’t just get through September, you thrive!

PSA - something new is coming to the studio šŸ“£ šŸ™ŒšŸ¼šŸ„³

After the success of Karen's Posture Clinic series, we're excited to share we've added a series of special sessions to our schedule!

Each 90-minute session will focus on a core region of the body and is designed to help you move with greater ease and confidence – both on and off the yoga mat!

The practice is suitable for all levels – whether your brand new to Yoga or regularly spend time on your mat!

And if you have one of the Monthly Memberships the sessions are included in pass!

Spaces are limited and booking is required.

Whether it’s a yoga class, a retreat, a circle, or a workshop – connection is at the heart of everything we do at Folc.

There’s a particular kind of stuck that doesn’t look dramatic on the outside.
You still go to work.
