🚼A Friday weight session with bump 🚼

Weight training during pregnancy isn’t about “bouncing back” — it’s about building up.

Lifting weights while pregnant can:
• Support better posture as your bump grows
• Reduce common pregnancy aches & pains
• Improve mood + energy
• Support better sleep
• Prepare your body for labour (fingers crossed)
• Help with postpartum recovery

Of course — it’s never about pushing through discomfort or aiming for PBs. Pregnancy training is about moving with intention, listening to your body, and adapting as you go.

Strong looks different at every stage — but strength always serves you.

Yesterday’s event had it all—speed, grit, and a spectacularly ungraceful fall (10/10 for effort, right? 🤦‍♀️😂).

I had the pleasure of running with a new running buddy , who was way too happy for my liking while I was sliding through the mud! 😅

⏱️ Time meals 2-3 hours ahead
🏃‍♀️ Listen to my body and go at my own pace

Some days are harder than others, but every run reminds me how resilient I am. If you’re running with IBS, you’re not alone—keep going! 💪

Quick & Easy Breakfast on the Go! 🥣

✨ Ingredients:
• 🍌 3 bananas
• 🌾 4 cups of oats
• 🍫 100g salted dark chocolate (chopped)
• 🥄 1 scoop of flaxseeds

✨ How To:
1. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
2. Mix in the oats, flaxseeds, and chopped chocolate.
3. Shape into cookies and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes.
4. Let cool and enjoy! Perfect for busy mornings.

✨ Benefits:
This quick breakfast is not just convenient but also loaded with nutrients! Bananas are a great source of natural sweetness and potassium to keep your energy levels high. Oats provide fibre to aid digestion and keep you full for longer.
