🥖I absolutely love bread 🥖
And after finally having a bit of time to actually read / listen to some nutrition webinars lately (UPFs included), I decided instead of buying bread this week… I’d just make my own.
Ended up with soda bread (which I LOVE) and cottage cheese bread (both can be found in book “The Unpocessed Plate).
Both with 8g+ protein per slice — and no processed protein powders involved.
Not cutting anything out, just slowly making more meals and snacks from scratch when I can.
Anyone else a bread-lover trying this? 🤍
