Weight training during pregnancy isn’t about “bouncing back” — it’s about building up.
Lifting weights while pregnant can:
• Support better posture as your bump grows
• Reduce common pregnancy aches & pains
• Improve mood + energy
• Support better sleep
• Prepare your body for labour (fingers crossed)
