End-of-week pause.
Even in a busy week, I always find time to roll out the couch and hold space, for my clients.
Tonight’s treatment was just what she needed as well: A gentle check-in, assessing how the week has landed in her body.
Refining my system of which essential oils are needed, meant her body knew exactly what oils to call for.
We began with reflexology, easing the aches and unravelling the weight of the week.
Then came the warm embrace of:
Mandarin: Soothing the nervous system and invites emotional ease.
Cinnamon: warm and comforting, gently energising. Whilst bringing inner strength.
Black Pepper: grounding and steady. It releases tension and encourages flow where things feel stuck.
Blended into Jojoba and Sweet Almond Oil.
flowed gently into her lower back and shoulders.
This combination nourishes both skin and spirit, offering warmth, release, and a quiet return to self.
My coach will remain up for a while longer, holding comfort, rest and recovery a while longer.
