Every type of crystal has it's own individual properties that can help us to bring about self healing and self empowerment when it comes into contact with our energy fields. 💜 During a Reiki Healing session I focus on clearing any energy blocks that may have formed. This can happen due to prolonged stress, anxiety, depression, trauma or physical illness.

✨ Over time energy blocks can start to affect us physically causing fatigue, brain fog, sleep issues, mood imbalances, pain, inflammation and exasperate existing physical conditions.

For anyone that is struggling today, or would like 5minutes of relaxation I have recorded a grounding mediation. It will only take 5minutes and will help you to feel more relaxed, and centred in your own energy.

If you do not want to listen to the meditation just focusing on the colours of the crystal and taking deep breaths will also help 💜
