About The Massage Therapist
Hello I am Karen Mack, welcome to my page.
I qualified as a sport massage therapist in 1996 in Cape Town, South Africa at The Cape Town School of Massage and Sport Rehabilitation under John Hooper, currently The Cell C Sharks, Super Rugby Sports Massage Therapist.
I was involved in international rugby for 12 years as part of the strength, conditioning and rehabilitation team. In 2005 I step away from rugby to take on a business career in the medical device industry studying the Mechanism of Action in Neurolgy.
In 2012 I started my own personal journey in the gym. Thanks to my trainer, Gary Mark, who showed no mercy getting me in the best shape ever, I learned a lot about weight training and the strict diet regime that goes with it.
