Our ethos and values are good quality, person-centred and non-discriminatory care, all our clients are recognised as individuals. We encourage all our Managers, Care Coordinators and Carers to have empathy and to care for our clients in the way they would want their own parents or loved ones to be cared for. We are the largest provider of home care services in Derbyshire and we are recognised by both the local authority and the Care Quality Commission as providing high-quality services.

πŸ’œ Happy Mother's Day πŸ’œ

We would like to wish a Happy Mother's Day to all the wonderful figures in our lives who care for us and love us. Today, we celebrate not only mothers, but also stepmothers, fathers who are both mum and dad, guardians, mentors and all who act as a motherly figure to someone they care for.

We also hold close to our hearts those who have lost their mothers and those who have lost their children as we are remembering them today!

We hope you all enjoy your day with your loved ones! πŸ’œ

Creating a Culture Where Care Thrives: Why Recognition Matters in Home Care πŸ’œ

Recognising our staff is a crucial foundation that ensures quality care, team resilience and long term staff retention.

Care workers live the reality of emotionally demanding roles every day, doing work that is often unseen, taking place in the homes and lives of vulnerable people who rely on them for safety, dignity, independence, and connection.

Their contribution is invaluable, and it deserves to be recognised.
