Job Title: Community Support Worker
Location: Bolsover, Brimington, Inkersall, Calow, Chesterfield, Claycross, Holmewood, North Wingfield, South Normanton, Dronfield.
Starting hourly rate: ยฃ14.00 an hour

Job Description:
As a Community Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals within the community to achieve their personal goals and enhance their well-being. You will work closely with clients, their families, and other professionals to provide tailored support and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support: Provide one-on-one support to clients, helping them with daily activities, accessing services, and achieving their personal goals.
Advocacy: Advocate for clients' rights and needs, ensuring they receive appropriate services and support.
Community Engagement: Build strong relationships within the community to foster a supportive network for clients.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, healthcare providers, and community organizations to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Other Requirements:
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. or willingness to use public transport or walk to visits
Ability to pass a background check.
