So, I share alot of these thoughts, as my clients know! The source of the pain, may not be the root of the problem; everything connects, works, moves, directly or indirectly, bilaterally, sympathetically...if we can find, through history, testing, exploration, the crux of the problem, we have a chance of improved function and pain relief. Oh, and let's not forget, improved performance and recovery!
And we're pretty good with relief from tension and stress too!

That’s how you should deal with the Piriformis! Buy it perfume! … wait… I mean, treat it as one part of a whole system! Not just mask symptoms, try to ignore it, or avoid the things you like to do altogether.
