Hello my name is Sarah Hyslop BSc(Hons). I provide a service for massage. Helps prevent future injuries and also relaxes and calms.

This service provides relief to deep tissue injuries, stress, muscle soreness/tightness. Equilibrium Massage specialises in Deep tissue massage, Relaxation massage and Sports massage. Relaxation massage will help calm the mind and well as the body. It is a very effective therapy treatment in helping regain the internal balance of the systems within the body. Deep tissue and sports massage have bee

n used since Roman times to help release tight muscles as well sore muscles and joints. This increases mobility, remove toxins and the build up of lactic acid. Massage itself has been used for thousands of years such as within Chinese and Greek history, it encourages blood flow towards the heart, improving circulation, as well as working with the lymph drainage and the digestion system.

2025 Update on cancellation & payment policy, a few changes so please ensure you read.

- Bank transfer payments either prior to the session or before you leave the studio & cash payments on the day.

- 24hrs notice is needed for cancellation or full price is charged.

- if you need to reschedule but don’t give 24hrs notice for the previous slot you will be required to pay for the old slot missed & new slot. People trying to get away with late cancellation by saying can I “reschedule”. This is a late cancellation so will be charged as a cancellation.

Please understand this is not a hobby it’s my job!
If you don’t pay I can’t pay bills .
If you’re not able to get to your appointment I appreciate that but…
I would cover the time that has been set for me as it’s not their fault I can’t make it.

I hope all of my new clients understand as much as my current clients already do ❤️❤️

( sorry to be abrupt but 2024 was horrendous for cancellations & people thinking it’s okay to just not pay me for a service )
