Slimming World Brampton & Ashgate I’ve helped hundreds of members transform not only their weight but health, as well. We believe that the burden carried by overweight people is two-fold.

I’m Diana and I’ve proudly been a Slimming World Consultant for 30 years! 💚
Supporting people on their weight loss journey has been my passion for over three decades. Slimming World’s approach is based on a deep understanding of the psychology of slimmers. There is excess weight, but there is a far heavier burden to be lifted – that of guilt, self-criticism and poor self-esteem. Slimming World helps people to shed the misery of excess weight, supporting members to lead happier, more fulfilling and healthier lives. Through an understanding and compassionate approach we help members to develop the motivation, confidence and mutual support they need in order to make healthy and highly effective lifestyle changes for life. Our members’ weight remains confidential at all times: weight changes are discussed in the group in terms of amount gained or lost, but a member’s actual weight is not disclosed. Members choose their own personal and individual target weight, a concept unique to Slimming World. This is called their Personal Achievement Target (PAT) and they can alter it at any time*. Once they’ve achieved it, they become a lifetime member and can attend group free of charge (as long as they stay within 3lbs of their target weight). Around 10% of our membership attends group for free to maintain their Target weight. Slimming World is the only weight loss plan which supports women to manage their weight through every stage of their pregnancy, from preconception to post-natally. Developed in partnership with the Royal College of Midwives, our pregnancy policy ensures that mums-to-be and breastfeeding mothers can continue to manage their weight in a healthy way. We are so confident in the effectiveness of our weight loss programme that we offer a money back guarantee. Slimming World members lose weight through a unique combination of: powerful, compassionate group support and shared experience with other slimmers called
IMAGE Therapy, which encourages long-term behaviour change, new healthy eating habits formed through our Food Optimising eating plan, regular moderate exercise developed through our Body Magic programme. Mondays:

☀️ Sun’s Out – Snacks Out! ☀️

Isn’t it lovely when the sun makes an appearance? 🕶️ Whether you’re in the garden, at the park, or having a cheeky sunbathe with a book, it’s the perfect time to enjoy some slimming-friendly, Free Food snacks!

Here are some fab ideas to keep you on plan while making the most of the sunshine:

🍓 Fresh fruit skewers – strawberries, melon, pineapple, grapes… all chopped and ready to munch!
🥒 Veggie sticks & dip – cucumber, celery, carrot, and pepper strips with a pot of fat-free natural yoghurt mixed with herbs or spices.
🍿 Homemade savoury popcorn – just plain popped corn with a sprinkle of paprika or mixed herbs (Free when made without oil/butter).
🥚 Boiled eggs – portable, protein-packed, and great with a pinch of seasoning.
🍅 Cherry tomatoes – sweet, juicy, and perfect for popping in your mouth while you soak up the rays.
🥔 Cold potato salad – baby potatoes tossed in fat-free yoghurt with chives or spring onion.

✅ All of these are completely Free Foods – meaning they’re naturally filling, no weighing, measuring, or counting needed.

Finally gave the slow cooker big breakfast a go. Been meaning to try it for ages. Verdict: Best.Idea.ever! This will be us every big breakfast morning. Thank you to whoever it was that discovered it! 👩🏻‍🍳

instructions
• Place all breakfast ingredients in the slow cooker like in the photo
bacon and sausages along the sides so they crisp up, (next time I will try using baking paper to help keep them from sticking to the sides)
Saucy stuff like baked beans and mushrooms into individual cups so they don’t end up a big mash)
Mushrooms: I added garlic, butter, and a dash of cream. In the morning I put them on the stove top to thicken the sauce.
Has browns- I want to try putting them along the edges as well next time to see if that helps them get crispy. They were still delicious as is.
I turned the slow cooker on low at 11pm, I got up at 8am and it looked like it had been ready for awhile. we ate at around 9am 🙂
The only things we had to do was toast the muffins and poach the eggs...oh and thicken the mushroom sauce.
