Patient Information:

Gladstone Road is currently closed (Friday 10th April) from the Newbold Road end of the road, however you can still get access from the Hawksley Avenue end. We are trying to find out when it will be reopened, however CBC have informed us that there's no works on Gladstone Road. We will update as soon as we have more infromation.

Part time receptionist wanted.

The position is for 1.5 days/week, Tuesdays 8.45am - 6pm, and Saturdays 8.45am - 1pm. The applicant must also be flexible to cover holidays and sickness. In house training will be provided prior to the start of the position and we would like the applicant to be able to start immediately.
Duties include:-
· Welcoming patients to the clinic in a friendly professional manner
· Receiving and making telephone calls using a multi-line phone system
· Taking bookings
· Using online digital clinical software
· Ensuring the reception and waiting area is clean, tidy and presentable
· Maintaining office security
· Maintaining patient confidentiality and following GDPR guidelines
· Performing other clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, faxing etc.
Applicants should have basic computer skills and previous experience.

The Chesterfield Chiropractic Clinic is proud to introduce our new Sports Therapist, Dimitris.

Dimitris is a dedicated professional who's been deeply engaged in sports since a young age. His journey led him to the UK, where he completed his Bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise Science at the University of South Wales. Initially working as a fitness coach, Dimitris' passion for helping injured athletes with their recovery, inspired him to study deeper in the area of injuries and rehabilitation. Pursuing his interest, he earned a Master's degree in Sports Rehabilitation and Therapy from the Anglo European Chiropractic College, developing his career as a therapist and rehabilitator within the private sector.

With a specialization in deep tissue and sports massage, Dimitris incorporates innovative techniques like cupping therapy, scraping, mobilisation and muscle energy techniques into his treatments. Armed with the extensive knowledge gained from his dual degrees, he creates rehabilitation programs adjusted to the needs of individuals of all age groups, including people with chronic injuries and those recovering from heart conditions (cardiac rehabilitation). In addition, Dimitris is a certified personal trainer, further enriching his holistic approach to wellness and rehabilitation.

As a new member of the clinic’s team, Dimitris aims to promote health and well-being by providing his services as best as he can, helping people get back on track with their daily activities as soon as possible, prioritising their needs and safety.

Please be aware that Hawksley Avenue at the top of Gladstone Road is closed today and tomorrow (23rd and 24th Feb) and so access to Gladstone Road and the clinic is from Newbold Road only.

To mark the funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, and to allow our practitioners and staff to pay their respects, the Chesterfield Chiropractic Clinic will be closed on Monday 19th September 2022.

The practitioners and staff at the Chesterfield Chiropractic Clinic express their great sadness at the news of the death of Her Majesty The Queen. Our beloved monarch will be greatly missed by all.

The Chesterfield Chiropractic Clinic is very proud to welcome Heather Kingston, our new Sports Massage and Rehabilitation Therapist. Graduating with a first-class honours degree in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation Heather has previously worked at the Sheffield Sports Medicine Clinic and was also the lead therapist with West Leeds RUFC.

Heather has gone on to complete training in Sports Massage, Kinesio Taping, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM) and Silicone Cupping.
