Empowering our young people to get the right support, Snapp-itprovides a safe and secure means of reaching out and accessing all your local & national Mental, Emotional, Physical, Sexual and Spiritual Health and Wellbeing service providers.
- The multi-purpose devices are wearable, usable, desirable and practical providing instant 24/7 access to a wealth of national and locally commissioned health and wellbeing support services as well as lots of self help support and fun stuff too through the Snapp-it app 📱 which is accessed via the QR codes on the Snapp-it devices.
All the hard work has been done for them providing the right and most needed information in the easiest, quickest and most intuitive way possible, Ensuring each young person has the right information to make a well informed choice. - Taking the anxiety out of taking action.
Connecting them to the right service so they get the right help at the right time enabling each and every student the best chance to grow into independent healthy adults without carrying the weight of the world with them.
A modern day approach to smart-health, you need something that’s quick and at your fingertips as early identification and intervention is key to reducing and preventing harm, for a greater sense of self-awareness and empowerment, it builds self-confidence and strengthens personal resilience 🙌📲🙌

Today we sent out X150 Snapp-it Wellbeing support packs to support young players at Chesterfield Town FC. 🙌⚽️🙌

These will be given out to young players during their training sessions. 🙌💙🙌

We are very proud that we are able to sponsor the Chesterfield Town FC U12 Black team again this year.
So also now being able to provide wellbeing packs to the older teams also at such a wonderful club truly means so much to us here at Snapp-it. 🙌⚽️🙌

Today X100 Snapp-it wellbeing support packs have been sent out to support young people at 🙌⚽️🙌

The wonderful Franky at will be delivering these to the club on our behalf, She has been absolutely amazing at connecting us to clubs / groups we otherwise would not get chance to meet.
So this enables us to reach even more young people across Derbyshire with the vital early intervention support we offer via our signposting app.🙌💙🙌

Yesterday Hayley delivered an additional X50 Snapp-it wellbeing support packs to the wonderful Franky who is the Sports Welfare Lead at Active Derbyshire.
This is the second delivery this month to support . 🙌💙🙌

Franky’s role is to support clubs in becoming safe and inclusive spaces.
Part of this is raising awareness to mental health and su***de prevention across Derbyshire.
She has been amazing at getting our support out there with several orders for our wellbeing support packs for different youth clubs / projects already coming in. 🙌 - Thank you Franky 🙏🏻
