Brilliant service. After a week of being in pain from earwax. 10 minutes here and it was gone. The ladies were lovely.

Just a reminder we close at 12pm today and reception will re-open 8.45am Monday 13.10.25.

Clinic days are Tuesdays, Thursdays and up to 12pm on a Friday.

We do have availability next week for all hearing care.

Wax removal is carried out by our fully trained audiologist who is trained in all aspects of wax removal.

Reminder that our branch will be closed tomorrow for staff training. All calls will be diverted and someone will get back to you at the earliest convenience.

Also Monday 29th September we will be closed from 9.45am - 11.15am as myself and Kirstin will be attending the funeral of one of our much loved clients.

Phase 3 of the Market Revitalisation has started from today in front of our premises. You can still access our practice as a walkway has been left to access the Market Hall and our premises.

We are still able to offer our full services including hearing tests etc as we are working with the site manager and the retail development manager for the Market Hall to keep noise to a minimum when we have appointments for hearing tests and adjustment of aids.

MONDAY 1ST SEPTEMBER AND WEDNESDAY 3RD AND 10TH SEPTEMBER OUR BRANCH WILL BE CLOSED BUT ANY PHONE CALLS WILL BE DIVERTED. IF YOUR CALL IS NOT ANSWERED PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE AND YOUR CALL WILL BE RETURNED AT THE EARLIEST CONVENIENCE.
