Everyone deserves a positive sense of Wellbeing. Discover how this can happen for you! I currently own and manage Face2Face Beauty Academy.
A few years ago I created Face2Face Wellbeing to help people with their mind and body connection. Having lived through domestic abuse, I understand how that impacts your mind and body. Through my own journey of healing I knew that I wanted to help others to harness a sense of wellbeing. My background is a Person-Centred Councillor working mainly with Domestic Abuse and disabilities. As a tutor I am skilled in delivering information and applying it in real life situations. Alongside this I have a Social Enterprise Project called Standing Tall Support where I deliver a 12-session workshop to rediscover yourself after living through domestic abuse as a common statement people make after leaving this situation is that 'I don’t know who I am anymore'. I have studied, researched and qualified in many aspects of releasing Trauma using Trauma Incident Reduction (TIR), Dream/Mind Meditation therapy, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Wellbeing Coaching. This has given me lots of insights to understanding a person’s Psyche, enabling me to use the skills to provide the tools for an individual to gain that sense of wellbeing bringing them fulfilment and happiness.

Hi, my name is Amanda Roberts and I’d like to tell you a little about myself and Sanomentology.
I originally trained as a Person-Centred Counsellor with Womens’ Aid, working my way up to Team Coordinator before moving area and entering the Beauty Industry. I have also maintained my interest in counselling and helping with pain, physical or emotional. I have studied in Operating Theatres and recognising the effect that the mind can have on our perception of both emotional and physical pain and it’s ability to self-manage with the right guidance.
Sanomentology has evolved from many years of practice of different therapies and using the difference and similarities in these to create an incredibly effect method of helping with various issues.
The processes use a blend of psychology, philosophy, and science enabling you to reach increasingly deeper levels of the mind. As the mind is the seat of all pain, both emotional and physical, working at the unconscious level promotes health and wellbeing in mind and body.
In addition to the physical benefits of using Sanomentology, these processes can be used to address numerous conditions. These include addictions, phobias, weight management, anxiety, depression, confidence issues and many more life enhancing effects.
These processes can used to treat Back Pain, Arthritis, Addictions, Depression, Anxiety, Fears, Phobias, PTSD, Weight Loss and more!
